The story
We are a new roastery and we say it plainly: we did not inherit this craft a century ago. What we have is an obsession with quality. We select clean arabica and roast it in small batches so every bag comes out right.

How we work
We roast weekly, we do not stockpile. Every bag is stamped with its roast date, and we grind to your brew when you order: Turkish, espresso, filter, or whole beans as they are.

Our promise
If a bag reaches you with any problem, we replace it within 7 days. And if the coffee is not for you, tell us why, honestly. Your feedback sets our roasting calendar.
