When do you roast?
We roast small batches every week and every bag carries its roast date. No coffee sits on a shelf for months.
How long does delivery take, and how much is it?
2 to 5 working days depending on the governorate. Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia EGP 55, Alexandria, the Delta and Canal cities EGP 70, Upper Egypt and remote governorates EGP 85. Delivery is free on orders of EGP 700 or more.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery in every governorate. You pay when the coffee reaches you.
What if something arrives damaged?
If there is a manufacturing fault or the bag arrives damaged, we replace it within 7 days of delivery. Message us and we will sort it.
