Shipping, returns and privacy
Shipping and delivery
We deliver to every Egyptian governorate in 2 to 5 working days. Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia EGP 55, Alexandria, the Delta and Canal cities EGP 70, Upper Egypt and remote governorates EGP 85. Delivery is free on orders of EGP 700 or more. Payment is cash on delivery.
Returns and replacement
If a bag arrives with a manufacturing fault or shipping damage, we replace it without argument within 7 days of delivery. Coffee is a food product, so we cannot take back an opened bag that has no fault.
Privacy
Your details (name, mobile, address) are used only to fulfil and deliver your order, and are never shared with anyone except the delivery company. No ads, no data selling.
